Meet the Owners

Hello and welcome back to the Carlton RV Park. Let us introduce the owners, Bob & Betty Gibson.
Bob & Betty have lived in the Methow Valley for almost 20 years. They bought the Carlton Restaurant & RV Park in the spring of 2011. With help from family, old friends & new friends they have been working hard at getting the RV Park cleaned up and they are continuing to work at making the Carlton RV Park not only warm and welcoming but with clean bathroom facilities and updated amenities.

Right off of HWY 153 in Carlton, Washington and with two entrances/exits the Carlton RV Park is a perfect pull off for campers & RVers alike. You might think with it being just off the road it may not be a peaceful setting, but think again… the large aspens, willows, maples & evergreen trees give you a feeling of privacy & offer shade & tranquility. The Methow River is just a stone’s throw away offering activities such as fishing, tubing, swimming, rafting or just enjoying the serene roar of the rapids & amazing view. Twisp & Winthrop are several miles N on HWY 153 for groceries, fine & casual dining and shopping.

If you happen to be visiting on a Sunday you are in luck… as the Local Church {on the park grounds} offers a FREE homemade breakfast, buffet style followed by optional music & fellowship. You are sure to enjoy your stay with Bob & Betty and I wouldn’t be surprised if at the end of your stay you might just consider them friends.

Thanks so much for stopping by and we hope to have you stay with us soon.
